From the South on Interstate 81:
Take Abingdon Exit 19. Turn right off the Interstate. Go straight at the light and follow Route 58 for about 12 miles and you will come to Damascus.
From the North on Interstate 81:
Take Glade Spring Exit 29. Make a left on Highway 91 for about 12 miles and you will come to Damascus.
